Straight from our hives to your home - Fresh, raw, unfiltered, 100% pure Ohio honey! Our apiaries are located in Hamilton, Waynesville, and Dayton.
The floral taste of the nectar from local flowers comes through the flavor profile of each harvest. Foragers must collect nectar from approximately 2 MILLION flowers to produce just ONE POUND of raw honey. You'll taste the beauty of their product while enjoying in your favorite beverages, recipes, or as a healthy sweetener! (Colors and taste may vary slightly throughout the season due to different nectars being collected by our hardworking colonies)
Honey is not made solely for human consumption, but meant to be the bees food. Therefore, our batches of honey are extremely limited and quantity is based off of the hives production in that season. If a hive needs the honey and does not have a surplus, our honey stock will be lower during that period to allow our colonies the resources they need (and worked extremely hard to make).
